This is a bizarre experience for me. Before I was with i-page and then switched when they raised the price of my renewal. Never had a problem with i-page, excellent customer service by the way. At Wild West domain they are a little bizarre I have to say. In fact some agent is professional and helpful while others are very rude and recently, one even gave me a wrong information, just to get rid of me fast! lol I really don't know what to think at this point. In order to avoid any kind of problems I decided to run my primary businesses website with GoDaddy. I guess at Wild West domain they can be nice at the condition that you don't​ bother them too much with your questions? Haha! Maybe because I proudly give only excellent customer service to my customers, this kind of slazy attitude irritate me; after all those people are paid for doing what they do right? Their employers should check the level of customer service using secret shoppers, from time to time, just to keep their business competitive.
