I have worked with The Rainmaker Institute for years and I have attended approximately 4 Rainmaker Retreats over the last 8 years. The retreats are great for gaining new information about tips for how to better run your law practice and to grow your practice to become more of a lifestyle practice. I took 2 of my team staff with me to the December 2022 LA Retreat and I think it helped turbo-charge our procedures and motivate to do better and grow our practice. Went to the conference in my state as I was intrigued on what we could do to improve our law practice. It was eye-opening and incredibly helpful in helping us restructure some roles within the firm as well as change our intake and marketing processes. Is there a sales portion to the conference? Yes, but they are not pushy about it and they are happy to help you even if you don't purchase their solutions. (Though I was tempted, if we weren't under contract at the moment). One of the best investments we have made into our practice and definitely worth the time to sit down and reassess how you are running your office. Phil is a great speaker and Mark was also a great support to the attendees. I would do another one again.

If you do not have the time to do your own law firm marketing, The Rainmaker Institute offers a full suite of services to do your marketing for you. First of all, I want to say the Cindy could not have been more nice and helpful during our sessions. She also took me out of comfort zone by doing role-play, which is exactly what I needed to improve my intake skills. My biggest problem with doing intakes was being able to respond to Potential Client's rebuttals and Cindy made sure to go over this aspect extensively. She gave me numerous great lines I have incorporated into my intake and she made me feel more comfortable saying these lines during our sessions. Cindy also assisted me with coming up with a script to use on my calls which I can edit and use a template based on the type of call and how the call is going. Overall, my experience during this course and my sessions with Cindy were beyond positive and I would highly recommend anyone that needs that push to feel more comfortable on the phone to sign up for this course.
