I am extremely happy with the support we have received from Joe at RISE Marketing. Specifically, we have integrated the RISE CRM tool into our process. It is very complex with a lot of moving parts and incredible capabilities...the state of the art. Joe has distilled it down so that even I can use it. The onboarding process was extremely efficient - a game changer. Additionally, Joe has always responded very quickly to any questions we had and spent a good deal of time crafting personal video responses explaining answers in depth for our specific situation. The global trend for customer support seems to be, in my opinion, to try to handle everything by AI with minimal actual contact with customers. Joe & RISE have bucked that trend holding our hand as we got up and running. I give Joe my highest recommendatiom. You can thank me later.

I am a brand new user and was getting onboarded on the system last week. I can’t say enough about the quality and ease of the experience. I am now rolling with it and it is easy to use. It is effective and I can see that it will help me be way better at working with my prospects and improving my follow up as I go.
