Terrible company to work for my work 4 days. They fired me on the 4th day due to May not be an adequate but I made five sales In 4 days, the manager on the floor Lynette bad manager. She should quit her job. She doesn't build good report with the employees. And she's a control freak, and then Bella. She is the second floor manager. Horrible attitude always has a bad attitude. Just not a good person at heart as of either and the CEO is. Is a gas lighter and hes just not a good person. II honestly thought it was a good job, but after the 4 days of not getting any help. With the job, the training was only 2 days and it was horrible. Worst company to work for ever not worth 20 hour

Awful company to work for. Hostile work environment. Upper management abuses employees with hostile behavior including screaming/cussing employees out to their face. Frequent violations of the federal do not call list was a frequent occurrence. Your check seldom is correctly prepared.. Awful leads to call.

The training is done incorrectly it is not done correct management does not know how to speak to the staff nor how to handle important issues that arise or that take place. Very unprofessional. management seems to think it's okay to dress as if they're going to a club instead of working and doing a professional job.Your management team is a main representation of your company and who you guys stand for obviously you shown us what you stand for.

If you want to work for a company that values and compensate hard workers, then you need to check out Leadwaves. In a call center environment the biggest motivator is commissions. The owners of Leadwaves are very generous and never hesitate to reward their employees. An added bonus is the work consist of helping Veterans. Management also works hard to make sure your given all the tools needed for you to be successful. They have created an environment that is pleasant and positive. I'm a little confused why Leadwave's review rating is so low. However after reading the reviews it seem there are many former employees who are bitter for one reason or another. Leadwaves is no different than any other business that will terminate employment for those who have attendance issues or refuse to put forth their best. I'm blessed to work for a company that values me.
