Terrible...can't believe with buying all those leads only 2 so called motivated seller leads came out of it. One of the two leads wasn't really a lead as the seller gave fake email and wasn't motivated at all. They claim to be the best at getting motivated sellers for their customers. I won't be using them again. Save your money!

I was not a fan of the SMS service. I had approx 4000 texts sent out and barely received any leads, maybe 2 or 3. I was also never informed when the campaign was completed. I repeatedly had to reach out for updates myself because they did not update me on the results. At the end, I requested a transcript of all the text responses. There were several leads in there that I had never been alerted to. They were not followed up with and it had already been several days so I was unable to follow up while the lead was hot. If I had not requested the transcript I wouldn't even know about those leads. No, I would not use the SMS service or recommend it to anyone. I cannot speak to any of the other services this company provides though because I have not tried them.

I Normally don't leave reviews but, Nick in his team provide a tremendous amount of value. I've used them before and i'm using them again, if you looking to take the work load off you're plate lead-mining is definitely the way to go!!
