They come to inspect an apartment that we are renting and they did not do any air simples, any test in the apartment. The guy come he with a note book only and he base his report on visual on(the kitchen has visual water damage and others) and totally disregard the report of the inspection we hire and privately paid for due that the landlord of the place we are renting is not fix thing according to AZ code. He come back with a report to the landlord that he did air test (when he didn't) and let them know that there was not risk at this apartment. The private inspection we hired is know around the Scottsdale/Phoenix area and they did found mold in kitchen and bathroom. This mold will make you sick and is a risk for my kids. I would not trust this company as this report is not even base on any test they did. This is wrong to risk a health family to keep your big corporation customer happy.
