Very thorough and informative. Mike Nelson did a great job explaining and walking us through after the inspection was complete. He answered our questions and made sure we understood what was on the report. The report they provide is also very helpful and detailed. What a great inspection company! Mike went out of his way to help, when an agent mistakenly had given wrong information to get his job done. He was not only a delight to work with, but very professional, very thorough. The business is quick with sending the inspection. The report itself was simple, it gave a lot of breakdowns for it to be simplified for anyone to understand. Mike even reached out after to ask if I had any questions. I appreciate the way this company conducted business and I will be using, & referring them moving forward! As a realtor I want to make sure my clients know what’s going on in the house they’re purchasing. When they are making the biggest purchase of their life, it’s great having companies you can trust are getting the job done right!

Curt..!! (Inspections over Coffee) did a great inspection on my new home purchase. I am a first time home buyer and he explained everything so well to me and answered all questions that I had. Curtis took the time to explain the report in depth, as well as show me examples of what he was trying to explain. He walked me around the house and pointed out things I needed to know, as well as linking me to YouTube videos on how to repair some of these things. Super detailed report, very personable guy. Very impressed with the quality and detail. My realtor was impressed with him as well, and has a few things lined up with him already.
