Lindsay Newman1 StarAbout a year ago, this Fry’s was 5 stars. It has slowly gone down hill, faster in some other areas. I usually shop on Fridays, but varying times (right at opening- midday), there is always trash in carts, stock in carts, all over the place and in the way. But especially in the dairy section (where it is already cluttered with promotional items) and dry goods but they are usually in the meat section taking up space. The employees that shop for online orders act like they are the only ones in the store and leave their carts in the middle of aisles so no one can get through or around. Vendors are becoming just as bad. I can’t be the only one who thinks Coca Cola shouldn’t have an entire pallet out on the floor at noon on a Friday?
The dairy section, especially yogurt is never FIFO’d and I can always find expired product.
There is often a blonde headed manager I see walking around barking orders at people, never very kindly and she pushes a cart around full of crap and leaves it in the way of shoppers, so I guess that’s where all the other employees get it…
I used to love coming into “my Fry’s”. It was quiet, I could get in and out quickly with no obstacles, and trust the product I was buying.Sunday 8th September 2024
Meaghann Anders3 StarThis store staff seems overworked and understaffed. I pick up my groceries weekly and my order is 9 out of 10 times delayed. Then when I finally come to pick up (after selecting "I'm on my way") it sometimes takes 15 minutes before anyone comes out. I don't blame the staff. When they do arrive, they are pleasant, even when customers are not.
I'd like to see the store manager out here to address the issues and make this experience less aggravating for both the customers and the staff. Otherwise, if you can't staff appropriately, shut down the service for pick up because I could have done the shopping in store in the time it took for me to place my order and it's finally ready and in my car.
My order was supposed to be ready yesterday between 2:00 and 3:00 pm. I was notified they were behind.

elizabeth Blascruz1 StarToday I purchased a Brisket. The cost was $82.00. This was what it looked like after cutting all the packaging off. Never again will I go to this store. What a rip off. The amount of fat was so bad we basically threw out 50% or more of the brisket.Tuesday 1st August 2023
Drew Streeter2 StarNot a big fan of Fry’s. I’m not sure if they actually train their employees in customer service as many of them are oblivious, rude, or just plain cranky. The layout of this store is fine. It was clean. The prices are hit or miss. The Fry’s app is a mess. The employees complain about it as well. It needs to be more user friendly.
