D. S.1 StarThey shared my complete settlement financials with someone who had no business seeing them. They used regular email to send escrow documents regularly instead of a secure online service. They told me it was 'mandatory' to use their mobile notary because of Covid and when I refused and went to their office, I saw multiple people walking around without masks... Finally, they were late in sending off settlement funds to my HOA and I got a bill for the next month's dues more than two weeks after escrow closing.
