Our IT infrastructure used to be a source of stress and concern as we continued to grow. ETS has successfully implemented plans for us such that not only are our IT concerns a thing of the past, we are excited about putting our new capabilities to work.

Any open user tickets are handled with an hour if not minutes. Their tech’s are first class and extremely knowledgeable. ETS is definitely part of our future growth.

While they are generally quietly in the background, doing their job (just like I like it!), ETS has had to respond to a few critical situations over the years. In each instance, they fielded the right number and correctly skilled resources to quickly resolve the issues.

Heidi SCZ4 StarUPDATE! January 2019: Josh, the manager and Dan, the laptop technician, worked hard to ensure they resolved all of my issues in a timely manner.
December 2018: The people are kind enough. However, I have taken my laptop to this location two times in the past 6 months and have not been happy at all with the repairs made. I first brought it in for a screen replacement. A few days later, the same issue occurred. I brought it in again and they completely replaced the screen (as evidenced by the lack of stickers). Unfortunately, when the technicians replaced the screen, they managed to put the keyboard on improperly and I cannot get it to adhere properly. It was a mistake to bring my laptop to this location.Tuesday 8th January 2019
