Betwext allows you to create hundreds of unique lists… so you assign special keywords or segment your contacts in different ways.  For example create one list for Prospects, another for customers, another for VIP customers, and yet another for employees! Betwext has the capability to send both SMS and MMS messages.  SMS messages are limited to 160 characters and can contain URLs or links.  MMS messages can include up to 600 characters, URLs, Links, and even small graphics!  Keep in mind MMS rates are slightly higher than the standard SMS cost. Betwext has deployed an advanced feature allowing you to respond individually to single contacts, or small groups.  For example if you send out a message, and a contact replies back with a question… you can answer them individually, without needing to reply to the entire group again! As we speak the latest APP for Betwext is under development… when it goes live, we’ll let everyone know where to go in the app store to get it.  Keep in mind, the system is mobile enabled… so you can log in online, from your phone, and access every feature we have available! Another Betwext exclusive feature… for anyone with a long code number, we’ve enable voicemail.  If a contact calls your texting number, they won’t get disconnected… they’ll hear a greeting and be asked to leave a message.  You’ll be able to listen to the messages online and text them back a reply! At Betwext, we know sometimes it’s hard to get a message across in just 160 characters… so we added an advanced feature allowing you to send a single message of up to 600 characters.  You asked… we delivered!  Remember, higher rates do apply for these long messages. There are different types of texting numbers… a long code (a normal 10 digit phone number) a dedicated short code (a 5 or 6 digit code), or a toll free number. Long codes are dedicated – meaning your testing phone number is unique to you. Dedicated short codes are meant for high volume senders, and can be expensive.  Toll free numbers are meant for businesses with a nationwide presence. Unfortunately, texting technology does not allow us (or anyone else) to see who reads or interacts with a specific text message. That said, we have the ability to include tracking links in your messages so we can see the number of times your link gets clicked!

A joke, I signed up, got my list started and now when I need to use it nothing works, cant login, cant reset password, cant even create a new account! All dead links or blank screens. And there is ZERO support since they are closed on weekends. Complete waste of time and money
