Behavior Rx has been an amazing place to work. I knew very little about the contract teaching world. Cassie walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and was able to get me my ideal placement (which other agencies could not). BehaviorRx played a huge part in me staying a teacher. The staff is supportive, which is a must for teaching. I have enjoyed my experience with them. They cared about finding me a placement that best fit my wants and was close to my home. I appreciate that I can reach out to them with issues and have them collaborate with myself and the district to solve it. I would definitely recommend BehaviorRx! Teaching has always been my passion, but it was challenging to feel unappreciated by administrators and have the pay reflect that as well. I get to do what I love now and live my best life. I know that BehaviorRx is on my team and that they support me. I highly recommend them. I have even sent teacher friends their way!

I have been working at Behavior Rx for a little over a year now and can say without a doubt, they have changed what it means to work as support staff in education. This company understands how to make their employees feel heard, regardless of where you are placed, you will feel safe and supported. Working in education is not always easy, but being contracted through Behavior Rx really gives you the reassurance that in the end it's all worth it.
