Stopped by to purchase a wrench to open my car battery terminals for cleanup. They asked me about my project and offered to clean the terminals for me. Never thought anyone would do that as a free service (dealership wanted $50). Needless to say will go again for future equipment needs.

I came to auto zone to see if my battery is still under warranty but Logan and Jeff tried to find me in the system. Jeff attempted to contact corporate but was unsuccessful. They did everything they could for me. I decided to buy another battery and they gave me a discount. I’m happy with my battery, the effort they gave to solve my problem and the outcome. I think Logan and Jeff should be recognized and two great employees that represent Auto Zone. Thanks again guys.
